Brief
Client approached us to develop a dedicated landing page for their boutique senior living project located in the integrated Gems City township near Joka, Kolkata. The goal was to create a mobile-friendly, informative page that clearly communicates the lifestyle features, safety-focused amenities, community offerings, and nearby facilities while supporting enquiry and brochure downloads.
Solution
We developed a responsive, structured landing page that highlights Gems Tower’s key living features — including accessible design, community activities, wellness spaces, and location advantages. Clear sectioning and content flow guide visitors through lifestyle benefits and amenities while encouraging engagement and enquiries across devices.
Technical Build
We developed the landing page using Laravel, a robust PHP framework. Below are some key development features implemented:
- Integrated Google Maps to display the project location.
- Implemented Google reCAPTCHA validation on enquiry form to protect against spam, fraudulent submissions, and abuse.
- Enabled brochure PDF download only after successful form submission.
Submitted form data is automatically captured in a connected Google Sheet for easy access and marketing use. - Validated all web pages using the W3C Markup Validator to ensure standards-compliant HTML.
- Optimized the landing page for improved speed, performance, and responsiveness.

- Google Analytics for traffic tracking and performance insights.
- Google Search Console to monitor indexing status, search queries, and crawling issues.
