Client approached us to develop a dedicated landing page for their premium residential project. The objective was to create a fast, reliable, and mobile-friendly website that clearly communicates project details and supports enquiry generation without unnecessary complexity.

We developed a responsive landing page with structured sections for project overview, amenities, location advantages, and enquiries. The implementation ensures smooth navigation, strong mobile performance, and a streamlined enquiry flow for potential buyers.
Technical Build
We developed the landing page using Laravel, a robust PHP framework. Below are some key development features implemented:
- Integrated Google Maps to display the project location.
- Implemented Google reCAPTCHA validation on all enquiry forms to protect against spam, fraudulent submissions, and abuse.
- Enabled brochure PDF download only after successful form submission.
Submitted form data is automatically captured in a connected Google Sheet for easy access and marketing use. - Validated all web pages using the W3C Markup Validator to ensure standards-compliant HTML.
